Overview
In this Staff Technical Program Manager role, you will orchestrate planning, development, and execution of key technical initiatives. You will bridge product and engineering to align roadmaps, track milestones, and manage risks. Your leadership will advance engineering and business strategies through cross-functional collaboration and strategic program management. You’ll mentor junior TPMs and drive initiatives that improve software quality and delivery. This hybrid position emphasizes in-person collaboration two days a week to foster alignment and impact.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define program plans and milestones, manage risks, and set clear objectives
- Drive roadmap alignment across product areas via cross-functional coordination
- Lead transformation initiatives and develop strategic roadmaps for alignment
- Advocate for engineering excellence by supporting reliable software systems and productivity improvements
- Partner with Software Engineering, Platform Infrastructure, and other functions to maintain high-quality standards
- Provide mentorship to junior TPMs to grow program management capabilities
Key requirements
- 8-10+ years in software development program management across cross-functional projects
- 5+ years in a program management role
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to navigate software engineering challenges
- Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members
- Experience coordinating release schedules and building sustainable processes
