Duties
Erect steel-framed buildingsInstall composite, single-skin and built-up cladding systems, including flashings and associated itemsInstall precast panelsRead and work from construction drawingsCarry out plant and equipment checksLiaise with the Contracts Manager regarding work, progress and site safetyMaintain high standards of quality and complete work within agreed timescalesFollow all Health & Safety requirements and site proceduresKeep work areas clean, safe and tidySafely operate site plant and access equipment with relevant training providedAssist with other duties as requiredCandidate
Requirements
Proven experience in steel erection and/or claddingSelf-motivated, reliable and proactive approach to workAbility to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to read and understand construction drawingsGood understanding of Health & Safety, manual handling and working at heightFull driving licence and willingness to travelDesirable: Valid CSCS, IPAF, SMSTS, First Aid and/or Telehandler qualificationsCompany
