We're currently looking for an experienced Stock Condition & EPC/RdSAP Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis.

• Location - Primarily West London (I have a map I can email to you)
• Company van provided
• Fuel Card Provided
• Expenses covered
• All surveying tools supplied The Role - You'll be carrying out:
• Stock Condition Surveys
• EPC Assessments
• RdSAP Surveys All surveys are completed using Totalmobile on the client's own software, with a single digital survey form, making the process straightforward and efficient. Requirements
• Elmhurst-accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for EPCs (essential)
• Experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys
• Excellent xsngvjr attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
