Stock Controller

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Stock Controller for a large logistics and warehousing operation based in Leven. Our client runs a high-volume distribution site where stock accuracy sits at the centre of the operation.

This is a role for someone who likes getting to the bottom of a discrepancy rather than just recording it. What's on offer? Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm - with an early Friday finish A competitive annual salary Full training provided to support you in the role As a Stock Controller, your duties will include: Carrying out and verifying daily stock checks, and making sure cycle counts are processed Investigating discrepancies, losses and gains, and documenting the outcome Liaising with warehouse teams on stock movements and resolving receipt, dispatch and relocation issues Tracing missing stock and processing damages, destruction's and cage maintenance Maintaining stock records and supporting customs and compliance controls To be considered as a Stock Controller, you will need: Previous stock control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment A valid forklift truck licence Experience using Warehouse Management Systems A keen eye for detail and confident use of Microsoft Office Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach Interested in this Stock Controller role?
