First Group is seeking a strategic Learning & Development leader to drive organisational capability and deliver development solutions that support business growth. You will shape the learning strategy, identify capability gaps, and lead leadership and talent programmes across multiple sites.
The role requires senior L&D experience, strong stakeholder management, and experience with LMS and digital learning platforms. A CIPD Level 7 qualification is desirable, with a competitive benefits package.
