We''re looking for a Sub Agent to join our Royal Dockyard team based in Plymouth – Devonport. Location: Plymouth – Devonport Hours: 45 hours per week We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

KierBAM are a Joint Venture partnership between Kier and Bam Nuttall, currently delivering an exciting redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. We''re seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our collaborative team in this rewarding and challenging role within a live MOD facility.

What will you be responsible for? As a Sub Agent, you''ll be working within the Royal Dockyard team, supporting them in delivering this important project. Your day to day will include: Leading, supervising and mentoring team members whilst maintaining high personal standards in health, safety and environmental practices Monitoring and recording delivery against agreed programmes, identifying challenges and creating solutions to minimise impacts Managing resources effectively including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery Communicating effectively with site management, technical specialists, planners, engineers, suppliers and client representatives Reviewing and ensuring risk assessments, method statements and quality processes are in place and followed before works commence What are we looking for?
