Adult Support Worker - Long-Term / Ongoing Agency Placement Location: Bridgend (Various Locations) Pay Rate: £12.71 - £15.12 per hour (Enhanced rates available across select services) Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Agency (Consistent & Indefinite Rota Opportunities) The Best of Both Worlds: Flexibility + Consistent, Ongoing Hours At Randstad Care, we are looking for support workers, health care assistants (HCA's) and care assistants in Bridgend.

While this is an agency role, we are fortunate to offer consistent, regular shift patterns that are currently ongoing on an indefinite basis. You get the flexibility and competitive pay of agency work, backed by the stability and routine of steady hours across established services in Bridgend .

Shift Patterns & Settings: We supply various settings across the county, meaning you can secure regular hours that fit around your lifestyle: Typically 08:45 - 16:15 (great for fixed weekday routines) or 12-hour shifts, or split AM / PM shifts Waking Nights: Limited availability, offered as needed

What We're Looking For

UK Experience: A minimum of 1 year of care/support work experience within the UK . Sector Background: Hands-on experience supporting either: Elderly clients (Dementia, EMI, Parkinson's, physical frailties), OR Adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, or mental health challenges. (Experience across both is a huge plus!) Fast-Track Requirement: An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service will fast-track your onboarding and enable immediate placement.

Travel: Ability to commute to services across the Bridgend area (a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, though not essential). Right to Work: A visa/work entitlement permitting more than 20+ hours per week (Student Visa holders are welcome to apply - must be available for consistently outside of term time) .
