Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and students to help create a positive and engaging learning environment. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important part in helping pupils develop both academically and personally.
Key responsibilities include
Providing classroom support during lessons.
Working one-to-one or with small groups of students who require additional guidance.
Helping to explain lesson content and reinforce learning.
Encouraging participation, confidence, and independence.
Supporting students with their behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement.
Assisting teachers with preparing learning resources and classroom activities.
Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Able to commit to a full-time role during term time.
Experience working with children or young people is welcomed but not essential.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Pay: £93-£110 per day
- Contract: Full-time
Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
