Technical Assistant Location: South Wales Salary: £32,000 We're working with a successful food manufacturer looking for a Technical Assistant to join their technical team and support key retail customers. The Role Support the Technical team with day-to-day customer requirements.
Maintain product specifications and technical documentation. Assist with audits, customer queries and technical investigations. Support food safety, quality and compliance processes. Work closely with Production, Quality, NPD and Operations.
Help ensure retailer standards and customer requirements are met. Maintain accurate records and technical systems. About You Previous experience in a food manufacturing, technical or quality environment is desirable. Good understanding of food safety and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident communicator with the ability to work across departments. Good IT skills, particularly Excel. Positive, proactive and keen to develop within a technical career.
