The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams (business, IT, engineering, manufacturing) to ensure PLM capabilities effectively support product lifecycle processes and business needs. /p p br /p p strong
Responsibilities
/strong /p ul li Configure and customize Windchill PDM Link modules (Change, Document, BOM Management, etc.). /li li Design, develop, and maintain Windchill workflows, lifecycle templates, and business rules. /li li Implement customizations using Java, JSP, XML, and Windchill APIs following best practices. /li li Integrate Windchill with ERP and other enterprise systems using Info Engine and web services. /li li Ensure robust and reliable data exchange, synchronization, and integrity between Windchill and external systems. /li li Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill performance, scalability, access, and data integrity. /li li Provide ongoing application support, maintenance, and assist with upgrades, patches, and environment changes. /li li Collaborate with business analysts, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather and refine PLM requirements. /li li Translate business requirements into effective Windchill configurations, customizations, and workflows. /li li Advise on PLM best practices, participate in design reviews, solution validation, and user acceptance testing. /li /ul p br /p p strong
Requirements
/strong /p ul li Minimum 7+ years of experience in PTC Windchill development and support. /li li Strong knowledge of Windchill PDM Link modules, architecture, and deployment models. /li li Hands-on experience with Windchill BRF and Info Engine for integrations and automation. /li li Solid understanding of PLM concepts and product lifecycle processes (design, change, release, manufacturing). /li li Experience working in engineering/manufacturing or complex enterprise environments. /li li Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments and collaboration in cross-functional teams. /li li Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git/SVN, build/deployment, automated testing). /li li Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. /li li Must be a UK National, preferably with prior SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC. /li li Able to commute to, or regularly travel to, Stevenage office/customer site as required. /li /ul p br /p p br /p p strong em Important Note:- /em /strong em Candidate must be a UK National due to the nature of the customer environment and associated security requirements. /em /p p br /p p br /p p If you are interested, please share your CV to strong sharonsantosh.ninan@infosys.com /strong OR you can attach it here. /p
