Responsibilities
In this role,
you will
Install and configure Windchill and its integrations in a cloud environment according to the migration plan. Execute Windchill upgrade processes, including applying patches, hotfixes, and major version upgrades. Support bulk data migration from on-premises systems to the cloud while ensuring data integrity.
Thoroughly test deployed solutions (workflows, configurations, integrations) to guarantee proper functionality. Propose solutions and resolve issues encountered during Windchill cloud migration and upgrades. Diagnose and fix system errors, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity anomalies using logs and analysis tools.
Continuously monitor application and database performance and optimize configurations for efficiency. Maintain up-to-date documentation of the new cloud environment, including processes, procedures, and configurations. Act as a key liaison with PTC support, IT teams (network, database) and product owners to resolve issues and meet objectives. Required Skills
