Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and commercially aware Technical Support Manager to lead our pump repair workshop and field service operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled engineering professional who combines strong leadership capabilities with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Role As Technical Support Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality technical support services while driving operational efficiency and commercial performance.
Acting as a key link between customers, sales teams, and technical personnel, you will ensure repairs and service activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting business growth, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced profitability. you will
Lead the day-to-day activities of the pump repair workshop and field service teams. Oversee pump strip-downs, inspections, machining, assembly, alignment, and performance testing. Ensure jobs are scheduled effectively and completed within agreed timescales.
Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high repair and service standards. Conduct technical assessments and approve repair scopes, quotations, and final reports. Manage workshop tooling, equipment, inventory, and maintenance requirements.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Prepare and approve quotations, repair proposals, and tender submissions. Provide technical support to sales teams, inc...
