You will be responsible for planning and managing all types of Telecoms related projects whilst handling the administrative tasks such as provisioning, number porting, hardware orders, suppliers and scheduling engineering diaries.
We are open to the right candidate being based at either our Bridgend or Swansea office.
Responsibilities
Planning projects that have been received from the sales teamFacilitating and holding initial kick off meetings with sales, engineering and the customerOrdering services from suppliersOrdering hardware from suppliersPlacing provisioning orders for things such as broadband, hosted telephony and mobilesPlacing and managing number portsScheduling engineers to attend site for installation and trainingConsistently updating customers on the progress of their ordersBooking in stock and managing stock including running stock takesProvide documentation and a clear handover to both the client and the support teams. Responsible for always delivering world-class service.
