Town Planner

Planner Location: South West (Bristol or Cardiff office) Salary: Competitive Type: Full-time The Opportunity We are seeking a Planner to join a growing and collaborative Planning team in the South West. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and development proposals. Provide planning advice to clients across a variety of sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.

Support business development activities and help identify new opportunities. Contribute to project delivery, ensuring high-quality technical outputs. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business. About You MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.

Experience within a planning consultancy, local authority, or developer environment. Strong technical planning knowledge and report-writing skills. Good understanding of the South West planning market and policy environment.
