Job Description iRecruit4 are recruiting for a Tradesperson to join a growing business based in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-skilled tradesperson looking for a secure, long-term position carrying out maintenance, repairs and refurbishment work across a range of properties.
You will be joining a skilled team where your experience and workmanship will be valued, with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and utilise a wide range of trade skills. Pay, Hours & Benefits for Tradesperson: £29,120.00 - £40,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)Monday to Friday: 8:00am 5:30pm (flexible/negotiable)Full-time permanent opportunityStable, long-term position with a growing businessVariety of maintenance and refurbishment projectsOpportunity to use and develop a wide range of trade skillsSupportive working environmentVaried day-to-day workloadOpportunity to work independently and manage your own projectsRegular working hours with no weekend requirementDuties for Tradesperson: Carry out a wide range of building, carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general maintenance workComplete planned and reactive repairs, diagnosing faults and providing effective solutionsInstall, repair and maintain doors, windows, flooring, fixtures and fittingsCarry out property refurbishments, renovations, extensions and improvement projectsComplete plastering, patch repairs and finishing work to a high standardEnsure all work is completed safely and meets company standardsManage materials, tools and equipment efficientlyMaintain accurate records and complete job reports where requiredProvide excellent customer service and leave all work areas clean and tidyMust have UK Driving licenceRequirements for Tradesperson: Previous experience working in a multi-skilled trades or maintenance roleStrong knowledge of building maintenance and repairsExperience in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering or general building workAbility to diagnose faults and complete repairs independentlyGood attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanshipReliable, organised and able to manage your own workloadFull UK driving licence is requiredStrong communication skills and a professional approachIf you are an experienced Tradesperson looking for a new opportunity with a stable and growing business, we would love to hear from you!
