This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-skilled tradesperson looking for a secure, long-term position carrying out maintenance, repairs and refurbishment work across a range of properties.

You will be joining a skilled team where your experience and workmanship will be valued, with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and utilise a wide range of trade skills. Pay, Hours & Benefits for Tradesperson:

  • £29,120.00 - £40,000.00per annum (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am 5:30pm (flexible/negotiable)

  • Regular working hours with no weekend requirement Duties for Tradesperson:
  • Carry out a wide range of building, carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general maintenance work
  • Complete planned and reactive repairs, diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions
  • Install, repair and maintain doors, windows, flooring, fixtures and fittings
  • Carry out property refurbishments, renovations, extensions and improvement projects
  • Complete plastering, patch repairs and finishing work to a high standard
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards
  • Manage materials, tools and equipment efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and complete job reports where required
  • Provide excellent customer service and leave all work areas clean and tidy
  • Must have UK Driving licence Requirements for Tradesperson:
  • Previous experience working in a multi-skilled trades or maintenance role xsngvjr
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
  • Experience in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering or general building work
  • Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
  • Good attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Reliable, organised and able to manage your own workload
  • Full UK driving licence is required
