Trainee Welder - £12.2 An Hour - No Experience Required

Job Role: Trainee WelderLocation: ShirebrookShift: Monday to Thursday 07:15 – 16:00, Friday 07:15 – 15:00Pay Rate: £12.21 per hourBenefits: 33 days holiday, free on-site parking, earlier start and finish to avoid trafficThe Company:Manufacturing and engineering company across multiple industries, within structural, rail, and automotive, they are looking for a Trainee Welder to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.

The Trainee Welder Position: * MIG welding on thin steel tubing. * Using jigs to weld up and assemble our products to the highest possible standard. * Keeping a safe and responsive work environment. * Quality control / attention to detail in every weld. * Focus and maintain workflow. * Helping out the team wherever possible - cross training. * Eliminate defects in the production line. * Maintain all equipment to the highest standard.

The Trainee Welder Candidate:No experience required. Full training provided on site. The company is happy to consider all entry level applicants with the right attitude and characteristics: * Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance. * Physically able to perform demanding tasks, including heavy lifting. * Competent in reading and writing, with the ability to follow detailed work orders precisely. * Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, and focused on group success over individual recognition – we value collaboration over ego.
