Freshwater Recruitment is working with a Law firm to recruit a Transformation Manager to join a Legal Operations team on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong project, transformation or change background to join a collaborative team and play a key role in supporting a range of operational improvement and transformation initiatives .
The Ro le You'll work across multiple projects, helping to bring structure, visibility and momentum to transformation activity. You'll coordinate stakeholders, track delivery and provide clear reporting to ensure projects remain aligned with priorities and deliver measurable val ue.
Key responsibilities will incl ude:Coordinating multiple projects and maintaining project plans, action logs, risks and is suesWorking with project owners and stakeholders to keep activity moving for wardSupporting cross-functional transformation initiatives and facilitating effective collabora tionProducing clear project updates, dashboards and repor tingMonitoring project metrics and highlighting risks, delays and is suesSupporting the development of project documentation and mater ialsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and increase effici encySupporting wider Legal Operations and Project Management initiat ivesProviding additional project and transformation support where requ ired Abou t YouWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working across multiple projects and stakeholder gr oups.
You'll ideally have:An understanding of Legal Operations or Legal Project Management within a la w firmExperience managing or supporting multiple projects simultan eouslyStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsThe ability to analyse information and present it c learlyA proactive and adaptable approach to changing prio ritiesExperience working across different functions and levels of an organi sationKnowledge of project management approaches or tools such as Agile, PRINCE2, MS Project o r JIRAStrong data, reporting and presentation skills, including Excel and Powe rPointExperience supporting transformation or change initi atives This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation and gain exposure to a broad range of legal operations, transformation and project initi atives.
