Overview As a Process Engineer in EU AMZL, you will design new Delivery Stations and upgrade legacy sites, embedding automation and standardizing solutions. You will partner with Operations and other support functions to improve safety, quality, and cost while driving customer-centric process improvements.

You'll lead end-to-end layouts, support technology integration, and push for innovation across EU stations. This role offers impactful exposure to network-wide standards and cross-functional collaboration with European teams.

Responsibilities Drive design of new delivery stations and upgrades from planning to execution, including automation integration Lead technology integration and standardization across EU programs, owning layout integrations Contribute to network standardization through knowledge sharing with EU counterparts Provide process expertise on engineering design: material flow, conveyor layout, equipment needs, and real estate implications Identify and lead strategic initiatives to improve station designs and processes Produce best-in-class layouts for new launches and optimize existing stations Manage automation programs to integrate new technologies into legacy sites Partner with stakeholders across operations, design/construction, safety, and launch/expansion Develop mechanisms to improve stations and deliver innovative solutions to design challenges Key requirements Bachelors degree Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities Experience with CMMS software Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering Knowledge of project management tools Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing strong customer focus self-motivation excellent communication with stakeholders Six Sigma, lean manufacturing CAD technologies: AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SolidWorks, CREO, BIM360, SketchUp, KeyShot SQL (intermediate level)
