As a Senior User Researcher , youll lead research across complex projects, working with multidisciplinary Agile teams and senior clients to understand user needs and turn research into meaningful design decisions.
Key responsibilities
Lead qualitative and quantitative user research . Plan and conduct research across complex environments. Work with designers, product owners and developers in Agile teams . Champion user-centred and inclusive design . Research accessibility and assisted-digital needs.
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Mentor and line-manage other researchers. Support client relationships, consultancy and new business. Looking for: Strong experience across user research methodologies .
Experience delivering research within Agile, multidisciplinary teams . Strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills. Experience with accessibility and inclusive research . Proven leadership, mentoring or line-management experience. Ability to challenge stakeholders and communicate complex findings clearly.
