Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / Vehicle Assessor / VDA:Accurately assess damaged vehicles and compile detailed estimates using AudatexLiaise with customers, insurers, and internal departments to ensure smooth repair journeysProvide expert technical advice on repair methods, parts, and timescalesMaximise repair efficiency and profitability while ensuring quality and complianceMaintain up-to-date records in line with industry and company standardsSupport workshop teams by ensuring all estimates align with manufacturer repair methodsQualifications and Skills for Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / Vehicle Assessor / VDA:Proven experience in a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / Vehicle Assessor / VDA role within an accident repair centreStrong working knowledge of Audatex estimating systemsATA qualification (or equivalent) or willingness to achieve itExcellent communication skills and a customer-first mindsetTechnical understanding of vehicle structures and repair techniquesDesirableIMI, NVQ, or SVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Damage Assessment or related fieldFull UK driving licenceClick 'Apply Now' to take the next step in your career.INDHW
