Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA:Accurately assess vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates using Audatex softwareUse your expert knowledge to provide accurate vehicle assessments and estimates for repairs in line with industry standardsMaximise profitability by offering professional sales techniques and ensuring efficient repair schedulesEnsure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of service and addressing queries and concerns promptlyWork in collaboration with the workshop team to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specificationsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelinesMaximise efficiency and cost control in line with company policies and manufacturer requirementsQualifications and Skills for Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA:ATA Qualified (Preferred), or equivalent qualification (e.G., NVQ, IMI, SVQ)Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA within a fast-paced accident repair centre or body shop environmentStrong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and the latest industry standardsExperience using Audatex for estimating and assessmentsExcellent communication skills, with a strong ability to engage with customers and maximise profitabilityA strong team player with a commitment to achieving high standards of customer careClick 'Apply Now' to take the next step in your career.INDBS
