your responsibilities will include

Carrying out servicing and routine vehicle maintenanceCompleting mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standardsDiagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipmentCompleting repairs efficiently and to a high standardCarrying out electronic vehicle health checks and identifying additional workAccurately completing job cards and recording work undertakenWorking closely with Service Advisors and the wider workshop teamMaintaining high standards of workmanship and workshop safetyVehicle Technician Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalentPrevious experience working as a Vehicle Technician / MechanicMain dealership or independent garage experience consideredMOT Tester licence desirable but not essentialStrong servicing, maintenance and repair experienceGood diagnostic and fault-finding abilityStrong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently within a busy workshopProfessional and team-focused approachFull UK driving licenceThis Vehicle Technician position offers something slightly different the opportunity to join a new dealership from the outset , establish yourself within the workshop team and grow with the site as the business develops.
