We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operation in Chessington, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient fulfilment, and a safe, high-performing environment.
What you'll be doing
Leading and developing a motivated warehouse team Managing goods-in, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch operations Driving productivity, efficiency, and service excellence Championing Health & Safety and continuous improvement initiatives Working closely with internal teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Previous Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader experience Strong leadership and people management skills Experience managing warehouse KPIs and stock control processes Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset Dangerous goods certificate and a fork lift licence would be desirable Why join us?
