We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team with immediate starts available . The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring parcels are sorted, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your duties will include: Sorting and organising parcels quickly and accurately.
Loading and unloading trailers safely. Scanning parcels using handheld scanners. Moving parcels throughout the warehouse to the correct locations. Ensuring parcels are labelled and prepared for dispatch. Working efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area. Following all health and safety procedures at all times. What We're Looking For No previous warehouse experience required full training is provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a physically demanding role. Able to lift and move parcels of varying sizes and weights. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Able to travel to the SO16 area for your shifts.
