You will work across different units, hospital wards and clinical settings, supporting individuals with a range of needs. You'll need to be adaptable, confident and comfortable working as part of different teams. Your Responsibilities Work across secure units, hospital wards and clinical settings.

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs. Support individuals with challenging behaviours, complex needs and associated risks safely and professionally. Assist with rehabilitation, recovery and personal development goals.

Promote independence, confidence and community engagement. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Support individuals living with mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries and learning disabilities. Essential Requirements A minimum of 6 months' UK healthcare experience .

A caring, patient and adaptable approach. Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one). Satisfactory references. Current Right to Work in the UK.
