Job Description Welder Fabricator Job Type: Permanent Location: Pershore, Worcestershire Post Code: WR10 1DT Salary: £30,000 to £32,500 (£15ph-£16ph / 39 hour week over 4 days (Monday to Thursday)) Start Date: ASAP Please note, the company operate a 4 day working week, 9.75 hours per day Monday to Thursday Established engineering firm in Pershore require an experienced Welder Fabricator.
The role offers a varied workload, including both batch welding and bespoke one-off fabrication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a diverse range of high-quality engineering work.
You will have: Experience in welding and fabrication. Proven experience in MIG and TIG Welding Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium preferred. The ability to work from engineering drawings (preferred).
A good eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team. Excellent timekeeping and attendance. Good physical fitness, as the role can be physically demanding.
Your own transport, as our location is not easily accessible by public transport. What We Offer Four-day working week with Fridays off. A friendly, supportive family-run working environment. A varied role working on both production batches and bespoke projects.
