Welder / Fabricator Evesham | Up to £16.00 per Hour | 4-Day Working Week | Fridays Off Are you an experienced Welder / Fabricator looking for a better work-life balance and a role that offers genuine variety? Our client is a well-established and highly respected engineering and manufacturing business.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a mix of production batch work and bespoke one-off projects, giving you the chance to utilise and develop your fabrication and welding skills across a wide range of interesting engineering work.

The Role As a Welder / Fabricator, you'll be involved in a diverse range of engineering projects, including: MIG and TIG welding. Fabrication from technical drawings. Batch production welding. Bespoke and one-off fabrication work.

Working with a variety of materials and components. Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience. Proven MIG and TIG welding experience.. Fabrication experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience with both production and bespoke fabrication work.

Excellent attention to detail. Strong commitment to quality and safety standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping. Desirable Skills Experience welding - Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium.

Experience working within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment. Additional Requirements Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own transport if commuting from outside the local area. You must currently reside in the UK.
