Workshop Supervisor Gloucester, United Kingdom · fleet · Full-time Description HGV Technician We currently have a vacancy for a Workshop Supervisor to join our busy Gloucester Depot. Shift Options 40 Hour Week Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm & 2pm to 10pm Basic Salary = £44,000 to £48,000 Per Annum Depending on Experience The Workshop Supervisor Role ·Complete service and repair documentation and records in accordance with company requirements and standards ·Experience in overseeing a team of HGV Technicians in a commercial vehicle workshop ·Overhaul of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and other workshop equipment ·Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, both electronically and paper based Requirements The core skills and qualifications required for a Workshop Supervisor are: ·Appropriate technical qualifications. ·Time Served Tech or NVQ C&G Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repairs ·MOT preparation experience Benefits * 25 days holiday plus BH - Online GP, Personal accident and travel insurance package for all employees Private healthcare for all employees and discounted for family members Pension with employer contribution Death in service (life assurance) at 3 x's salary Refer a friend scheme (£2k if you refer a fully qualified technician / £500 for all other employees) Snap on vouchers of £500 annually for all Technicians Regular staff events - xmas party etc Full brand training In house training to support career progression and increase earnings, Technician overtime also available...
