Job DescriptionIron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Critical Facilities Technician to join our Iron Mountain Data Centers (IMDC) team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the mission-critical systems that keep our clients' vital digital infrastructure running seamlessly 24/7.

you will
\ N Maintain CriticalInfrastructure: Operate, inspect, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS systems, power distribution units, generators, HVAC/cooling systems, fire suppression, and building management systems.\ N Manage Operations and Customer Requests: Resolve service tickets, perform technical troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems, and support customer equipment installations.\ N Ensure Safety and Compliance: Execute all operations and maintenance activities in strict adherence to safety guidelines, organisational standards, and vendor workflow procedures (MOPs).\ N What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)\ NThe ideal candidate will have:\ N Extensive experience of hands-on experience in critical facilities, data center environments, or industrial operations maintaining UPS, HVAC, and generator systems.\ N Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building management systems.\ N Proven ability in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues while working independently under established procedures.\ N Bachelor's degree in Engineering or completion of a technical apprenticeship program.\ N What We Offer (Benefits)\ N Location: Frankfurt, Germany\ N Shifts: Requirement to work 24x7 operational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)\ N Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience.\ N Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work–life balance.\ N Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.\ N Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.\ N Ready to power thefuture of data infrastructure?
