Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Critical Facilities Technician to join our Iron Mountain Data Centers (IMDC) team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the mission-critical systems that keep our clients' vital digital infrastructure running seamlessly 24/7.

you will
Maintain Critical Infrastructure: Operate, inspect, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS systems, power distribution units, generators, HVAC/cooling systems, fire suppression, and building management systems.
Manage Operations and Customer Requests: Resolve service tickets, perform technical troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems, and support customer equipment installations. Ensure Safety and Compliance: Execute all operations and maintenance activities in strict adherence to safety guidelines, organisational standards, and vendor workflow procedures (MOPs).
