What You’ll Be Doing We are seeking a proactive and strategic Employee Relations a Master’s degree or professional HR certifications is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Management within a fast-paced, international environment in Germany ; background in logistics, supply chain, or the tech industry is highly preferred.
Transfer Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in managing the full lifecycle of employee transfers/settlements within Germany/Europe , including due diligence, consultation, and post-merger integration. Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of German labor laws (including works council interaction / Betriebsverfassungsgesetz ), HR best practices, and standard ER procedures, with the ability to independently resolve grievances, disciplinary issues, performance improvements, and attendance management.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to independently drive HR projects while balancing compliance guidelines with business growth targets. Stakeholder Management: Excellent multi-party collaboration skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels and build relationships based on mutual trust.
Communication Style: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and cross-cultural awareness. Fluent in German and English . Operational Resilience: Comfortable working within a high-intensity, frontline operational environment and engaging directly with frontline/blue-collar employee teams.
Agility: Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-changing, and expanding environment, effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
