Job DescriptionHR Specialist — Frankfurt | International Fintech\ NOur client, a European fintech company, is looking for a hands-on HR Specialist to run HR operations and the workplace experience for their Frankfurt entity. You'll be the go-to person for the full employee journey — a varied generalist role with local ownership, working closely with an international People team.\ NWhat you'll do:\ NPeople
Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end: contracts and documentation, onboarding and orientations, performance review support, offboarding\ N Look after benefits andperks — and help shape them as the company grows\ N Run engagement surveys,gather feedback, and turn it into action\ N Organize recognition initiatives and team events that keep the culture strong\ N Support learning & development programs\ N Act as first point of contact for employee relations topics\ N Keep everything compliant: German labor law, workplace safety, immigration and visa processes (incl. Blue Card hires)\ N Administer the HRIS, attendance tracking, and payroll documentation\ N Workplace \ N Keep the office runningsmoothly: vendors, supplies, facilities, desk planning\ N Coordinate maintenance and health & safety checks\ N Organize business travel for the team\ N Support budget trackingfor HR and office spend\ N Coordinate CSR and community initiatives\ N What we're lookingfor:\ N Experience as an HR Generalist / People Ops / HR Specialist, ideally in a fast-paced international environment\ N Working knowledge of German employment law and immigration procedures\ N Fluent English (workinglanguage); German is a plus, not amust\ N A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — things change fast, and you enjoy that\ N Based in or able to commute to Frankfurt\ N What's in it: Fast-paced international environment and the chance to build the People function's next chapter yourself.
