Legal Counsel - Munich - Commercial Law - up to €100k fixed Are you a commercial lawyer looking to take the next step in your career with an international technology business? I'm currently working with a highly successful and fast-growing company that is seeking an In-House Counsel to join its legal team in Munich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 2 PQE onwards, to gain broad exposure across commercial contracts, employment law, compliance, and strategic business matters within a truly international environment. What You'll Be Doing Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, service agreements, NDAs, and DPAs.
Advising business stakeholders across Sales, HR, Security, and Operations. Supporting employment law matters and wider legal compliance initiatives. Working closely with international teams across the EMEA region. Helping drive legal process improvements within a dynamic, technology-focused business.
What We're Looking Fo r German law degree with at least the First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) . At least two years legal experience gained in private practice and/or in-house. Strong commercial contracting skills.
Fluent German and English. A proactive, business-oriented mindset. Interest in fashion or technology. What's On Offer? Base salary up to €100,000 Annual bonus based on company performance and profit (variable) 28 days' holiday plus an additional week off between Christmas and New Year.
