For our Group Corporate Legal team, we are looking for a motivated Legal Counsel (m/f/d) with a strong interest in corporate and regulatory matters. The role offers broad exposure to group wide legal topics and close collaboration with senior legal colleagues, management, and international stakeholders. Your tasks and

responsibilities

Rendering legal advice on matters of corporate law and regulatory law Preparation, review, and maintenance of corporate documentation and contracts (e.g. board resolutions, mandates, powers of attorney, service level agreements) Supporting the governance of group entities, including coordination of management and supervisory board matters Providing legal support in M knowledge of insurance law is an advantage Strong knowledge of governance structures preferably in Germany and Luxembourg Strong analytical skills and a structured, reliable working style High level of discretion and professionalism Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
