2nd Line Support Engineer

Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer Location: Cheshire East (onsite) Salary: £28-35k, DOE A growing, fast-paced company is currently hiring for a 2nd Line Support Engineer. You'll work with a broad tech-stack to support their customer's IT needs, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, backup solutions and technical projects.

This is a perfect opportunity for somebody who enjoys hands-on IT work, solving complex technical issues, and is comfortable working in a customer-facing environment. Essential experience: Full valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites. Prior experience working in IT role for an MSP. Ability to troubleshoot up to a second-line level. Ability to travel to and work independently at customer sites.

Experienced with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Previous practical experience installing and troubleshooting IT hardware. Good understanding of a wide range of technical skills including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, Active Directory, Entra ID, etc.
