IT Support Engineer - 2nd Line Solihull | £30,000 | Permanent | Office-based We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a busy internal IT team based in Solihull. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years' IT support experience who enjoys troubleshooting and providing hands-on support to users.
Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Exchange Online Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 hardware and software issues Setting up laptops, mobile devices and user accounts Supporting Teams and SharePoint Troubleshooting basic networking including TCP/IP, DNS and VPNs Managing and resolving support tickets Essential skills..
2+ years' IT support experience Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge Active Directory and Exchange Online experience Good networking fundamentals Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Experience working with ticketing systems Experience with macOS, MDM, PowerShell or VoIP would be beneficial.
