IT Support Engineer – Belfast - Permanent – c£38,000 per annum REED Technology are pleased to announce a collaboration with a managed service provider in Belfast that prides itself on delivering a strong, high quality service to its client base supporting companies of all sizes.
Due to recent growth they are looking to add to their team As a IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for installing/configuring systems for new and existing customers. You will provide technical support for these products and work with other technical team members and field engineers to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities, Level 2/3 Support Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Azure Server /Desktop support Networking Essential Criteria Relevant IT Technical education Minimum 3 years in similar technical support role Mircosoft 365 experience Knowledge of IT architectures (Client/Server-Systems) Broad experience with Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) Knowledge with MS Active Directory Knowledge in computer networks (Ethernet, TCP/IP, firewalling) Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g.
