This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of property matters within one of the UK's largest and most respected real estate divisions. The RoleThis role offers a varied and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of commercial property work.
Responsibilities include: Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and development projectsWorking across sectors including retail, leisure, telecoms, banking, green energy, and social housingCollaborating with partners and senior lawyers across national officesMentoring and supervising junior solicitors, trainees, and paralegalsBuilding and nurturing client relationshipsContributing to business development and sector engagementEnsuring compliance with firm policies and information security standardsCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a commercial property lawyer with:3+ years PQE gained at a leading property practiceStrong academic background and technical expertiseExcellent organisational and communication skillsA collaborative and proactive approach to team workEnthusiasm for career development and mentoring othersCommercial awareness and client-focused mindsetA genuine interest in contributing to a fast-paced, growing divisionWorking ArrangementsThis role supports hybrid working, with attendance at the Taunton office at least twice a week.
