The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and a broad range of experience of conveyancing within the Commercial Property sector along with proven experience of managing a team. The role will require you to conduct and manage your own case load of Commercial Property matters, including Landlord and Tenant, Leasehold and Freehold transactions, Property Finance, Land Acquisition and Developments, while also assisting in the marketing and business development of the department and firm.
