This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied client base, including agricultural businesses, commercial landlords and developers, within a supportive and collaborative environment. The RoleYou will manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including: Commercial property acquisitions and disposalsLeasehold matters and landlord & tenant workDevelopment projects and associated documentationProviding clear, pragmatic advice throughout transactionsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsDeveloping your own client base through networking and business developmentWorking autonomously while contributing to the wider teamThis role offers excellent exposure to diverse work and strong opportunities for progression.
