This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2-4 PQE solicitor to work on high-quality transactions with a diverse client base, including mainstream banks, bridging lenders, challenger banks, and individual borrowers. About the RoleYou'll advise on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including property sales, acquisitions, development finance, and debt refinancing.
The team supports both lenders and borrowers and offers full-service deal coverage across sectors.
