Associate/Senior Associate - Commercial Real Estate - EdinburghWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Solicitor (6+ years PQE) to join our highly regarded Edinburgh team working with Partners, Ruth Maclean and Neil Fraser.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an exciting and challenging area of law in dealing principally with residential developers as they seek to address the housing emergency and deliver new homes in Scotland. Our teamThe team comprises 2 partners, a director, a senior associate, 3 paralegals and a trainee.
Our role would suit someone who is ambitious to progress their career in a friendly and motivated team. The client base includes residential developers, housing associations, care home operators, older living developers and landowners.
The CRE team provides advice to a wide range of clients including developers, retailers, hotel and leisure operators, institutional investors, utilities, energy companies, universities and educational providers, charities and engage in cross-border work and corporate support work.
