Most RI roles that reach the market are really about signing off someone else's files. This one is closer to owning the audit function. An independent Central London accountancy firm is looking to appoint an Audit RI. They have a settled client base and a steady audit portfolio, and they want someone who will take responsibility for the quality of the work, develop the people doing it, and have a genuine say in where the department goes next.
