This is a confidential appointment and an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing organisation at a key stage in its strategic development. The Trust has a strong track record of delivering high-quality education and is entering a new phase of growth.

This role will play a critical part in supporting that journey, ensuring operational excellence and financial sustainability across the organisation. The RoleReporting to the Chief Executive, the CFOO will be a key member of the executive leadership team with responsibility for leading all business and operational functions across the Trust.

Key responsibilities include

* Leading the Trust’s financial strategy, planning and reporting * Overseeing estates, facilities and capital projects * Managing IT and digital infrastructure * Ensuring robust compliance, risk management and governance * Leading procurement and contract management * Overseeing payroll and operational service deliveryThe CFOO will work closely with school leaders, ensuring that central services provide effective, proactive support and enable schools to focus on educational outcomes.
