Our client are seeking ambitious Solicitors, Associates, and Senior Associates to join this growing sector which offers interesting, varied and often high value work. The successful clinical negligence lawyer will manage their own caseload, handling both litigated and pre-litigated defendant cases.
Your work will encompass a range of healthcare-related matters, including clinical negligence, patient safety, consent to treatment, human rights, child law, and mental health.
Requirements
3+ years PQE in clinical negligence or healthcare lawNHS Resolution experience desiredStrong understanding of CPR proceduresAbility to manage deadlines and work independentlyTeam player with excellent communication skillsWhy Join?
