CNC Programmer We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The successful candidate will create, optimize, and validate CNC programs to support production of precision components, using industry-leading CAM/CAD tools.

Key responsibilities Produce and optimize CNC programs for milling operations to meet print specifications and production targets Use PowerMILL to generate and simulate toolpaths, ensuring efficient, collision-free programs Use Autodesk software (e.g., Inventor, Fusion 360 or AutoCAD) to work from CAD models and prepare files for CAM Translate engineering drawings and GD&T into accurate machining strategies Select tooling, cutting parameters, feeds and speeds; revise programs based on material and process feedback Simulate, test and troubleshoot programs on machines; support setup and first-off inspections Collaborate with production, quality and engineering to improve processes and reduce cycle times Maintain program documentation and revision control Essential skills and experience Minimum 2 years' hands-on CNC programming experience Proven experience using PowerMILL for CAM programming and simulation Experience with Autodesk products for CAD/CAM workflows Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling and cutting parameters Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Desirable Experience with multi-axis (3-5 axis) machining Familiarity with post-processing and G-code optimization Practical machine shop experience (setup/operators) is a plus What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with modern CAM/CAD tools and precision machining equipment Supportive team environment with opportunities for training and development To apply Please submit your CV and a brief summary of your relevant experience, highlighting PowerMILL and Autodesk work, along with your availability.
