Reference: HSJ921955332_1786975198Construction Disputes Solicitor / Associate (1-5 PQE) - BristolA highly regarded, award winning construction team is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join their Bristol office, focusing on a broad and complex contentious construction caseload.

You'll be working with nationally recognised partners who are consistently ranked in the top tiers of the legal directories. The team operates on a hybrid, flexible basis and is known for its collaborative, supportive culture.

ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of high value construction dispute resolution and advisory matters. Handle complex contentious work including:Final account and loss & expense claimsDefects disputesPFI/PPP and major projects disputesHigh value adjudications and litigationWork with a wide range of clients across sectors such as healthcare, local government, housing associations and the wider construction industry.

Provide strategic legal advice to developers, funders, contractors and public sector bodies. Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the national construction practice. About YouQualified Solicitor with 1-5 PQE in construction disputes.

If construction disputes form part of a broader caseload, you are still encouraged to apply. Experience in PFI/PPP or major projects disputes is desirable but not essential. Strong drafting, analytical and client handling skills.
