Our client, a leading organisation within the gas, transmission and distribution, and oil and gas sectors, is seeking a Contract Manager for a permanent opportunity. The role is suited to an experienced M&E Project Manager with strong gas industry knowledge, technical understanding and the leadership skills required to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:Managing the successful delivery of gas, mechanical and electrical projects from planning through to completionProviding strong leadership to project teams, site personnel and delivery partnersPlanning programmes, resources, procurement activities and project milestonesBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with clients, local authorities and the supply chainUsing gas technical knowledge to support project delivery, decision-making and problem resolutionMonitoring project performance, quality, costs, health and safety, and compliance requirementsCoordinating contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completionIdentifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycleJob Requirements:Experience as a Contract Manager, M&E Project Manager or similar senior delivery roleStrong technical experience and knowledge within the gas industryUnderstanding of gas transmission and distribution, oil and gas, or related engineering environmentsProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projectsStrong planning, organisational and commercial awarenessAbility to develop positive working relationships with clients, local authorities and supply chain partnersConfident communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsCommitment to health and safety, quality assurance and regulatory complianceBenefits:Permanent employment with an established organisation in the gas and energy sectorOpportunity to manage technically challenging M&E and gas infrastructure projectsProfessional development and career progression opportunitiesCollaborative working environment with experienced industry professionalsIf you are a technically knowledgeable Contract Manager or M&E Project Manager with gas industry experience and strong leadership skills, apply now to take the next step in your career.
