You'll take the lead on a broad range of deals, including: Private M&A (buy- and sell-side)Private equity and venture capital transactionsCorporate restructures and reorganisationsShareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general advisory workYou'll collaborate with specialists across tax, finance, employment, and real estate to deliver joined-up, commercial advice to clients ranging from scale-ups to international groups.
